Overview
The hardest part of ADHD isn't finishing — it's starting. Foco is built around that one moment: the gap between "I should do this" and "I'm doing it."
So it does the opposite of a typical productivity app. Instead of piling on more to track, it shrinks the very first step until it's too small to feel overwhelming, then keeps a calm, friendly presence with you while you actually do it. The whole interface is designed to lower friction, not add it.
I built the app in Flutter, shipping to both iOS and Android from a single codebase — owning the experience end to end, from the AI task breakdown to the focus sessions and progress tracking.
What it does
Starts you when you stall
Designed for the activation barrier — closing the gap between "I should" and "I'm doing it."
Any task → ~5 steps
AI breaks an overwhelming to-do into micro-steps with realistic time estimates you can actually begin.
One task, chosen for you
Smart Daily Start picks a single high-impact task each morning so there's no decision fatigue.
An AI body double
Focus Mode pairs a calm timer with a mascot that gently keeps you anchored to one step — present, never nagging.
Capture thoughts fast
Voice capture and a brain dump clear scattered ideas out of your head in seconds.
Proof you're moving
Streaks, focus minutes, and completed tasks make progress visible and motivating.
